Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges - Please Contact Us before returning any products. Due to the fact that our products are made to order, we unfortunately can not offer refunds or exchanges for a different item or size. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items - We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or defective. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please submit a claim within a weeks' time with photos of the misprinted, damaged, or defective item, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

 

Shipping Policy

Carrier, Time, and Tracking - Our orders are shipped via USPS and are normally delivered within 3-5 days(delays due to COVID-19. See Our COVID-19 Details). Once a shipping label has been created for an order, the customer will receive a tracking number allowing them to keep track of their order.

Lost Package - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfilment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if/as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfilment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself(if/as applicable).
